Ohma Tokita also known as The Asura (阿ア修シウ羅ラ, Ashura), is a man who loves to fight. He entered into the Kengan Association, fighting for the Nogi Group. During the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, Ohma fought for Yamashita Trading Co. with Yamashita Kazuo as his employer.

Rihito (理り人ひと, Rihito; "Lihito"), real name Nakata Ichiro (中なか田た 一いち朗ろう, Nakata Ichirō; "Ichiro Nakata"), also known as The Superman (超ちょう人ぢん, Chōjin), is the president of Super Frozen Cold Storage and an affiliated fighter within the Kengan matches. As of the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, he was the first fighter-president in the Kengan Association's history. Two years later he fought in the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament as a representative for the Kengan Association.

I haven't seen much of Kengan, but I love how realistic and fast pace the fights are while also stretching the limits of human potential. No long ass conversation dragging it or plot armor that I can tell. Just smooth, clear movements and little dialogue. Baki, Naruto, Bleach and dbz have their own atmosphere going on that I also love. But Kengan has the highest quality in terms of choreography.
read the manga not sure if the anime is gonna come back plus it has a few more details that enrich the story

Baki fights are just straight up beatdowns borderlining super power anime. But I will say in the 1st and second season it was much better and the fights were more intense and creative. The 5 assassin's season was ass tho ngl

I would much rather have 4 shallow cuts pretty much anywhere rather than be punched, kicked, or elbowed in the face by a professional fighter; what's the big idea, do people bleed to death? Go blind? Pass out from pain?
Ohma was able to react to it so it was shallow this guy can cut through steel like butter later on he slashes a guys neck like it's nothing
Depending on where the slash is, the opponent could bless out (like if slashed on the inner thigh, side of the neck, or brachial) or lose control of a limb (Achille's tendon)

Well he’s using his fingertips, they aren’t cuts per-se.. he’s literally *tearing* off skin which logically means the area affected would be wider and lead to more bleeding. The area targeted also factors into the attack as well since if he attacks the neck or something it’d be far more dangerous than the punch of a trained fighter especially since it could get infected afterwards.
