lol watching PiG starting with "Classic is going to be a problem for Clem" is funny. I remember after Clem had beat Classic 3-0 I asked Harstem on his live stream if that was surprising and he said - no, Clem is just on a different level, only Clem, Serral, Maxpax and maybe her0 are on that level (Harstem's words)

Dark/reynor's counterattacks also give clem big problem. I'm not sure if he fixed that already.

Clem is great but he still gets spanked by GSL regulars all the time. Classic is the type of player that really benefits from being able to prep for his opponent. He definitely had potential to create problems for Clem. But anything can happen, and that obviously didn’t.

Clem is superb, no question.
But if you remove all the available macro-commands, you will see all terrans suffer.
You can do far too much in advance in this game, and who does it favor the most?
Protoss? They do not need that much attention, they need good unit micro.
Zerg? They have to fucking single target attack every unit and not just - "oh such a good split microing into 3 directions with a pack of units" - They need to fucking pin point attack and not just randomly spread.
Terrans? YEA - LETS JUST A-MOVE ANYTHING and put our tanks 5 metres away from each other so you always trade worse no matter what.
If this shit doesn´t get fixed soon and terrans adapt to clems bland game play, which involves literally the least skill i´ve ever seen in SC2, then people will soon shit on that game.
We have already seen it with Maru once, and it bored me to death. Clem now evolved Marus bullshit and no, he is by no means as good of a player as he is made out to be. It is like playing a hunter in WoW-Vanilla and kiting an enemy that has no ability to chase you.

Such strong cope. Clem's WC was easily the highest skill ever seen in the game so far. Just like chess, high end performance looks boring to anyone who can't follow what's going on.
Give fortnight a watch, it'll match the pace of your mind a lot better than SC2

Highest strategic skill, indeed. But he has shown how little attention Terran actually needs if correctly played.
And if this is how the game proceeds, then for me personally, SC2 players are not anymore the pinnacle of gamers.
