@@johncane2304 as for my opinion and experience, cad is like the manual transmission of a car while revit is the automatic transmission. You should learn the basics of cad to be able to perform better in revit.
When u don't know feature in Autocad and want to tell everyone Revit is better than autocad. I know revit have more features but u cant compare them like this shit
As a decade autocad drafter definitely on a daily basis could have drew that out much faster than the video. i still prefer autocad maybe cause of time but revit is nice
I wouldn’t compare them like apples vs apples they are different one is drafting softwares while the other is bim software, each has its own uses, most engineers at least where I live use autocad or other cad softwares so to know autocad will benefits, most architects I know recently use revit more than autocad, I think to know both is better than to know only one of them
Revit and Autocad are very compatible softwares. It's not a competition but a collaboration. Each one has its own strengths & weeknesses which combine to reach a higher quality product in the end. Stop with this nonesense.
I've been using AutoCAD for more than a decade. It really depends on the user on how fast they actually work. I still prefer AutoCad over Revit though
bro ,I'm new to this software does cad better that revit in any aspects,I'll be deployed in conatruction site soon as an site engineer.what's better?

@@haroldparajas7328Which is hard autocad(civil engineering) or (java+python)
Please answer....i want to switch my field😢😢
True and most people think all autocad software are the same ie autocad architecture can finish your work super fast
When u don't know feature in Autocad and want to tell everyone Revit is better than autocad. I know revit have more features but u cant compare them like this shit
Ml is a thing you know, I don't think it is a competition, it just depends on your dexterity and what do you want to achieve with the software
How about if we compare this to AUTOCAD Architecture
For me Cad is helpful with creating construction details then building it in revit. Revit detailing is still a bit hard for me
I think Revit is better than AutoCAD, but you don't know how to use AutoCAD.
As a decade autocad drafter definitely on a daily basis could have drew that out much faster than the video. i still prefer autocad maybe cause of time but revit is nice
BIM SOFTWARE is better than Cad SOFTWARE
Well you didn't use MLine Command to AutoCad that's why your slower..😢😢😢
You need to study A little bit More 😊😊😊
Se Agree
Or the Rectangle tool, would’ve been faster.
Revit is a revolution in the industry.
Like that guy on top said autocad is manual transmission, Revit is automatic transmission, if u master manual first automatic will be the easiest
I know AutoCAD well been using it for 2 years. Do more firms look for revit or AutoCAD ?

You need to show a cam that show the left and right hand
Depends on the user and his/her experience but nobody can deny that Revit is faster.

I prefer Autocad...
Hi I recently learned auto cad. i am a beginner architect. Which one do you recommend more?
It's good to know how to work with Autocad, but it's a miserable time-consuming software. If you like your joints and eyes,Revit is recommended.
Revit ❤
Revit is made for those that cannot learn autoCad.
Вы серьезно? А сколько времени в ревите затрачено на заготовку двери, окна? 😂😂😂
That’s very slow AutoCAD drawing
Can anyone help me out about revit i have a query ??
Yeah mate, just seeing this 3 weeks late but whats your question? haha
Kkkk o Revit é sem dúvida é o melhor...
But why most of the professionals are using AutoCAD instead of Revit?
it is more reliable and not only for floor plan it can be used in detail drawing of different kind of construction and funiture and others
Most of the professionals are old, some don't bother learning a new software. Many younger or mid age professionals use BIM.
@@dorukkepce7586 Yess bro same here.. I work on professionallly on AutoCAD for 3 years and now I'm learning Revit
Parabéns 👏👏
Just use BLENDER😂
😅😅😅 no no bro you do not the true drawing with autocad 😂😂😂
Are u interior designer?
