Inspired from a very painful run I did months ago, I wanted to what I would consider a True Level 1 run where all your stats are set to the lowest possible value. A viewer ended up making the mod for me so I decided to face the challenge. Hard mode 2, the return of Jared Leto.

I’m so tired of this garbage community spamming moonveil and using summons to cheese this great game and don’t even get me started on the mages spamming magic. Ima just use cheats now because it’s the only way I can stand a chance at winning. Maybe once the devs nerf everything then I’ll stop using cheats; I enjoy making these toxic spammers rage quit when I use my infinite HP cheats.

So, if you were to use the Strength-knot Crystal Tear (+10), Starscourge Heirloom (+5), Radagon's Soreseal (+5) and if you two-hand a weapon (+50% of current strength) in this run, you basically have 31 strength.
Elden Ring's Talismans and Physick Tears are pretty nutty, huh?
And you could even activate Godrick's Rune (+5) and equip the Omensmirk Mask (+2) for extra strength. (28 strength and 42 if two-handing).
Now with 42 strength if you also have the Dexterity-knot Crystal Tear (+10), you can wield the Grafted Balde Greatsword for the Ash of War that gives +5 to every stat for 1 minute.
The end result is 33 strength and 49~50 strength if two-handing.
could be 41 if you use godricks great rune and the grafted greatsword

Y'know something I realized about the Maliketh fight is that the inconsistencies in damage was due to headshots and/or counter damage but because of his jank-ass hitboxes, sometimes you'd just not get any bonuses.
on god his hitbox is so goofy
truly a run of all time
Btw if you want to avoid wasting precious buff time vs. Goldfrey and other bosses that wait for you to make an input (such as around 23:10), you can carry a throwing dagger or bone dart to force them into aggression. It'll bring them to you, and you'll spend more time actively fighting than waiting!
Watching jared defy death itself to complete the suck is something I will never forget.
The rickety shield run may have been good, but this was the ultimate challenge. Legendary.

awesome stuff Skum. potential idea for a run: you have to beat the game but you're only allowed to use a weapon once each fight - so you have to swap weapons after every hit :)

I was happy to see Jared back and his new ennemies like bill gates and windows 11. The PS2 and Dave held Mr Gates back but in the end, Jared Leto had to finish him.
I leave the last stream for a moment to see how you did the Serpent Hunter glitch only to get jumpscared by you almost defeating Elden Beast.

That final stream was wild, 5 hours of attempts and setup for that bs. I only beat Elden Beast on my level 1 run when I got lucky and staggered him out of Elden Stars before it popped lmao
i tried that in the hard mode mod run but could never get lucky so i had to learn how to run from it

For runs like this, you could use the rat spirit ashes because they're easy to get and don't cost FP to summon. Plus the more you upgrade them the more that spawn

The amount of deaths at the end was 393, but 9 has 3 threes in it, so the actual end numbers of deaths was 33333

The main reason why Godskin Duo is easier than Fire Giants? There are no Rocks.
Skum's base lightning resist is too high for a 'Elden Ring while getting shocked' vid. His is too much of a Chad.
But actually some people are naturally better at handling electric shocks for some reason.
Starting with that background music it was clear that you would exterminate every boss not sparing a single one.
Run where you have to do an emote between each attack. You can get as OP as you want, but you need to find an emote that you can safely do to completion between every attack
