It's getting paid for your job. His job is playing CS to earn money -> CS pro player. Soccer player getting paid for playing soccer to earn money -> Soccer pro player. So it doesn't matter if you think esport is a sport or not :)

And these teams still wonder why they can't beat Astralis, which have a physical trainer, are in the gym daily, mental coach, nutrition guidance, train structured 6-7 hours a day and their coach is developing new strats constantly, which is being evaluated in team practice every day.
Yeah I was going to say the same thing - shame they didn't interview any of the Astralis guys. I imagine it would've been a very revealing interview.

so many players repeated "when i wake up" now i can't stop humming "i would walk 500 miles" xD
I mean it really doesn't matter how much you warm up once you have your aim down, you just have to maintain muscle memory and keep on practicing the mental things such as smokes and strats, there are a lot of players who have aim just like the pros but don't get anywhere because they don't understand that they have to play and learn as a team in order to get good.
And I mean of course you're going to be better if the only thing you do is play csgo, even in your off time, but when you're already practicing with your team most of the time it's hard to go into your free time and play the game more.
There is seriously no one like fer. Such a unique guy. I get the feeling he slays the bitches.

Fer has to be one of the pros with least hours registered on cs. He always says he doesn't like matchmaking, dm, watching tournaments or vods or anything cs related lol. He says the only thing he does is practice with his team and play tournaments. Still he was top 3 world last year. It's just talent I think

I like to do 500 headshot only in aim botz, 500 body shot sprays each with m4 and ak and in that time I SLOWLY drink 1 small redbull. If you drink it fast it hits hard and you get a little jittery, and some maps have a peeking practice function, if you AWP then you gotta practice those, it helps a lot. I used this method to get from silver 1 to nova 3 in 2 months playing 3 days a week evenly spaced out. If you have off days when you don’t queue then practice and play casual for 30 minutes total, it keeps your brain dialed in for the days you queue. Hope this helps anyone.

i doubt most pro players are so self disciplined to have daily routines other than their team practices. They probably just DM or play aim bots maps sometimes when they feel like it, not following a certain routine

Jöurnm idwtl it's a well known thing about him. The guy doesn't like cs... he just wants to wreck people to prove he's better. Doesn't actually enjoy the game as a game. Honestly though I've never played on a team. I imagine it's a whole different experience.
Alek Kella . You misinterpreted him. He doesn't play cs for fun because it's not just another game for him. It's his lively hood. He takes it so seriously to a point that its his life. I mean he wouldn't have 8000+ hours if he didn't enjoy the game.
