I also assume that there was some kind of rotation mechanism, so that it could be depicted as changing angles and how it rolls along the floor. The car and vending machine were most likely partially disassembled to accommodate the camera. Or perhaps this was all done with the help of graphics, because we are in the 21st century and it’s cheaper than attaching a camera to a bottle.
