Meh.. It's a black and white subject. There's no "he said, she said". He can test exactly how powerful the shots are. If it had been multiple people complaining about him not calling his hits it would be harder for the ref to tackle.
My point is.. There's no reason not to be nice when the matter is not one of opinion.

It does point out though how much good equipment matters, and how much of a disadvantage you can be at trying to compete with guys that have $3000 in gear when you have $100 in gear.

It won't... In Australia our politicians don't allow anything that's fun... Mostly because you can use these to hold up a gas station and they don't want kids losing an eye...

usually the ref has to go back to camp to grab one, and thats if the field has a portable one. I know I always had to wait forever or go back to the front desk area to re-chrono.

as if you could see where BBs fly from specially from an boltaction arisoft rifle haha that is what the difference from real bolt action and airsoft the noise and the directional awareness, you can see his enemies sometimes look in a completely different direction, also you cant tell where your teammate was hit from since it bounces of him. The only answer to this is if you could think of it why couldn't they? specially if they have played for quite awhile.

IIRC (been a while since I used anything airsoft) most decent quality guns have a hopup unit that is relatively easy to modify in field. This can give an appearance similar to additional power, even if it's technically within the rules. Also, a lot of airsoft guns will give inconsistent performance based on environmental factors, especially those powered by C02 or other gasses.
As far as improving velocity after testing deliberately, some guns break down (field strip) quickly enough that you could change the spring out for a more powerful one if you find a quiet space, and after the gun is broken open just claim it wasn't running right so you were doing a quick check. So long as noone saw you switch the springs/didn't have enough of a look to see the difference, noone will be any the wiser until a report is made and a chrono is brought in to verify.
As I said been a while since I used an airsoft gun, and I've never actually gone to a field, I just enjoyed plinking with them. They make fun backyard time wasters in the city in a lot of areas in the US, and most the time if there is no C02 blowback operation the neighbors won't mistake it for a real gun or make a fuss, so long as you have a privacy fence. Even if the police do get called, you aren't usually in trouble unless your local ordinances prohibit the firing of airsoft/bb guns, or class them as 'firearms'. So long as your projectiles don't leave your property or have someone else's property in line of fire.

Sinsanatis lol what? It literally takes 2minutes to change the spring in perfect conditions. You could do it on your knees for 5min and good to go. AEG springs are also swappable in 5minutes but changing a spring in AEG wont give you much.

If it was a real grenade the tires would have disappeared as well as her. It was close enough to count

If it explodes on the tire, that means the sphere of shrapnel in the immediate vicinity will only be level with, or above the tire it hit- not below it.

It exploded in the air after bouncing off the tires, not in contact with them; this would mean the radius is extended down from the grenade and likely behind the tires making the player dead. So yes IF, however it did not explode on the tire Ksgamer103.

Joe Goliath I’m actually surprised at how close some of these engagements with his pistol are. The fields near me have fairly strict minimum 10-20 ft ranges.
I think, most of the range advantage in airsoft is, being able to spot out enemies from further away, than they can.
