Kyoka's power demands her pay out the reward that her slave wanted. It is not that she has to do the ecchi reward, it is just that is what Yuuki wanted. Even if Kyoka disagrees, she cannot stop herself because her powers take over her actions.
From a certain point of view, Kyouka is the slave to her powers.

Back to the anime. We have reference to "peaches" in this anime. If you are not familiar with the Japanese folklore story of Momotaro (Peach Boy) please look it up for a bit. It will explain the peaches. Also, we had another anime a few years ago that was strongly influenced by the Momotaro story. It was titled Peach Boy Riverside. It was an awesome anime.
