You know, this isn't a bad tune - i can hear it as maybe an album cut on a Little Big Town album. But it isn't hit material. It's a tad on the bubblegum side - maybe in an animated kids movie. Which isn't a bad thing. Its just that this kind of music is SO over done now. Give us something fresh to chew on RSO!! and by the way, i am a huge Sambora fan, he's one of the reasons i made a career out of playing guitar.
I think Richie made a bad choice leaving Bon Jovi, those two make good music together! I also feel like Richie's girl friend has alot to do with Richie's decision to leave! He walked away from the band in the middle of a tour screwing Jon and THE FANS WHO LOVED HIM AND MADE HIM WHO HE IS TODAY.......I'm angry but still love the guitar and the man behind it!
The reason that Richie made the decision to leave Bon Jovi is because he felt that his daughter needed him in her life at a critical time when she was growing up! He understood his parental obligations!
Richie.....STAY A SOLO ACT MY BROTHA!!! You don't need help....you are a complete musician in your own right! All this RSO stuff is way too poppy and superficial for your abilities and style! Stranger in this Town and Aftermath of the Lowdown are your strengths and where you are at your best....stay with them! You are the reason I picked up a guitar and have been playing since 1992.
