I love her! She's clever, admits she's a suck up but doesn't care and has helped Haida and Retsuko out when needed.
Tsunoda is a very well written character. She's passive aggressive (esspecially towards Feniko which would imply that the hate is not just onesided )and highly manipulative in general but we can understand a person doing those things becuase she's trying to get ahead in a very difficult situation.
That doesn't excuse her behaviour or mean that she is a good or bad person but we as the audience understand her.
I agree I love her character tbh she’s one of my guilty pleasure characters lol
Honestly, while some of her personality is excessive, she's just a girl trying to get by in life. And she's aware of what she's doing and knows how some others might view her, like Fenneko. But she has no shame over what she does, and would proudly do it because that's how she lives.
Honestly, how she chooses to live her life is admirable, and there are lessons that we should consider adopting into our own lifestyle. Not everything, but some.

And that is why I like this character. She’s deliberate, smart, strategic, but in her own way, she uses it to her advantage or to the advantage of others. She works hard, and works even harder to help maintain balance in her workplace, as well as maintaining her social media presence, and she does it all politely and positively, if not bubbly even. Even though others may view her oddly she still does all of this her way, the way she wants to do it.
I don't like how condescending and selfish she is though

she's really adorable, to me that is at least. yeah, she can be sometimes annoying but pretty relatable as well, just trying to live her best life. she is well aware that she does sometimes makes others not really like her, like Fenneko for example.
Tsunoda in general wants to simply live her best life, doing what she wants and being proud of it. she doesnt do such things in ill will or anything, she just likes taking selfies and practically has a life on social media. though the thigh pictures do piss off Fenneko a lot and (perhaps) others. but honestly i still adore her, i really do wish that Fenneko would forgive Tsunoda. i personally think they would be adorable as friends, and even as as ship, *also yeah i'm like that 1 out of 10 ppl who ship Tsunoda and Fenneko.*

edit (27th of March 2024); decided to reconstruct my original comment as my grammar has changed immensely since i published this. for those asking if i still ship them, my answer to that would be; i genuinely forgot about Aggretsuko as a whole, it's been a whiiile since i've last consumed any sort of media of it, meaning that as a bonus i completely forgot about the ship. who knows, i might get back into this series and begin shipping them again. but for now i am much more focused on my newer fandoms.

Hate is only love that can't express itself. Fenneko is obsessed with Tsunodu, that kind of obsession doesn't come out of spite. Fenneko wants to be like Tsunoda, it's evident in her character how she trashes things, trys it and then she loves it. Tsunoda seems to be the one in control here and seems to know all of this already, which is why she speaks to her directly and raps her up into her plans like the singles night. They are actually my favorite side characters next to Ton.
