I try to put as many back as I can Ray, only keeping if deep hooked. I like to think that conservation is key to continued sport for us all in the future 👍🎣🐟

Thanks 😊 I feel more confident in what I’m doing. I’m always very careful on the rocks, safety first etc. Big trip coming up in a week up to Northern Scotland for ten nights for adventures with Mark so should get a few videos done 👍
I drove all the way to Shegra to hike to Sandwood bay, but vehicular access to the campsite was blocked off, access on foot only. If you do hike to Sandwood bay, go to the far end & over the head;and for a silent night out on a more secluded smaller beach.@@fishinghinny
We stay at the next small bay up from Polin Beach, (not sure if that’s the one you mean) then we fish of the point casting towards the island, great spot last year when we fished. Deffo going there this year 👍
I love that type of sea fishing in Scotland. Targeting Pollack and Mackerel from the shore. Both put up a huge fight for their size but in different ways. Mackerel are psycho whilst Pollack are heavy weight tuggers. Off to my fave mark on Tuesday. I’m not as fearless as you though and I like a bit more rock space rather than be always one trip from the edge. Love your vids so keep ‘em coming.
Surprised, it swam away battered off the rocks might aswel be battered somewhere I suppose 😢 remember catching fish as a youngin and I honestly can say it never looked this hard technical,puts me off taking the grandbairns

I think there’s less fish around these days in general, certainly seems to be what people are saying.
