Los Angeles Parking Enforcement Officer (LADOT) Fails to Stop for Pedestrians in Crosswalk

3-1-2018 4:51 PM PST. Los Angeles Parking Enforcement Officer driving North on Westwood Blvd. does not slow or stop for pedestrians in a crosswalk. He races to issue a parking citation to a car at an expired meter on the block after the crosswalk.

Most of them do not give offenses to vehicles, the owner knows that he is from the same country and you know what I mean.

Apparently you were the dummy one that couldn't read the sign or miscalculated your time lol and got a ticket I bet he got the last laugh when you were standing in line to pay for your ticket
