How do you discern between one’s that are low cost, just outright assistance/free, and what is actually a loan or signing away rights to the home as another commenter said on your other video? Thanks Tiffany! -Lexi
Great question! And wasn't that a sad situation the commenter had? I remember that very well. It was my aim in this video to list resources that are legitimate. But of course, the one seeking the support needs to read all details carefully and understand what they're responsible for. For example, I currently work for a nonprofit that provides free and low-cost services, so long as those who sign up follow our requirements of attendance and participation (which we try to support best as we can).

Our church in FL is in need of a new roof and other building repairs post-hurricane, but unfortunately so many non-profit grants exclude religious institutions which is ironic to me.
