- I was travelling from Sierra Leone to Liberia and nobody was letting me leave the Country. I travelled with Army/Military personnel and stayed with my amazing Host in Liberia, which had the long deadly Civil War.

I was in Liberia in 2007-2008. Living near VOA gate on Monrovia- Kakata highway. It was a wonderful stay. Still in love with Liberia.

I stayed in Liberia for 3 years. It was one of the richest country in Africa. I was working as a Pharmacist in Monrovia. I left due to civil war. I was rescued by American and transported to Sierra Leone. George Weah, who is President of Liberia was very famous football player in 1987-91. Thank you for sharing. It brought back my memories.

Special mention to the military guy, nice lad, the way he dealt with taxi drivers and how he was well-mannered in an entire way was really good.
It surely is a daunting task to travel different countries by share cab or other transports. Human lives face different challenges everyday, this I can see in your videos. There are so many facilities we take for granted which are luxuries in many places.

Your journey to Liberia was safe trouble free because of military and police personnels- great👍. You hostess Queen and her son were nice and cute. Seeing the Liberian women and girls on the way I could remember Michael Jackson's sweet song "Liberian Girl"🤣Again nice to see TVS and Bajaj bikes and autos on every road of western African countries.
