Hi Kasey… hearts of palm are in a can by the artichokes in the canned veggie aisle. They are pretty bland all alone but in a vinaigrette they are good I think. Worth a try I guess

Kacey another factor in your negotiation with your landlord is that if you move the landlord will have a property earning him or her nothing for possibly several months. I have seen landlords hold out for a specific rent to be empty for a couple of months and it would take them a couple of years to make up the difference. Though get an offer first on some where else in case they decide to call your bluff. If you have somewhere else lined up then you might get a rent cut instead.

She learned what the hard way a couple of years ago (it was in a vlog), there she was supposed to do a turn (same day return) but ended up stranded in Salt Lake City (?) for 1-2 nights with nothing with her. No toiletries, clothes etc...

Between you and Kat raving about Factor, I finally got them last month. I figured 4 for me and 4 for my husband - because I probably could find 4 meals that I can eat (allergic to tomatoes, peppers, green beans, and eggplant). They're delicious, so thank you for mentioning them over and over - it is why we're going to keep ordering them.

You can always challenge price increases. Sometimes if you offer to extend by 13-14 months (if your apartment complex offers this, sometimes you may have to ask) instead of just 12 months, they will keep your rate relatively the same. Been in the same apartment complex and unit for the past.. 7 years I think here in the DFW area, and from year 1 to now, I think my rents only gone up a total of $200? Something to think about!

Sweetie, Did you say that you would move into another apartment in your building because your rent went up 50.00 dollars? That’s crazy to move. 50.00 dollars isn’t a lot. Moving is a mess of a mess. Owners of buildings etc have so much overhead to pay. You have no idea. Especially their property taxes going up every year. Your apartment alone most likely costs your landlord 6 or 7 thousand dollars a year. The landlord has to pay property taxes on every unit that they own. That is a TON of money. Not counting the upkeep etc etc of all of their properties. Please know this. Happy summer 🏖☀️😇 to you and Josh.
