Latrice needs to be coached and educated on the correct way to do interviews. She needs to be taught on what to say and what not to say. That interview was so unprofessional, tacky, not classy or business like at all. When you are a leader in whatever you do. Never talk about anything negative or gossip. He didn't ask her about what other people do or say he was interested in her and what she had to say about being a business woman. Lastly Latrice always seems to be the victim and never the culprit. She will definitely throw a rock and then hide her hand. Bless her little immature and silly heart.

This has been an ongoing argument on social media for years and the conclusion is that there are different pathways, for different people.
Not everyone cares to be a business owner. Some prefer and seek a job with stability, excellent pay/benefits and work/life balance so they can have time and energy to focus on the interests they really care about.
Others prefer full control/flexibility, thrive in risky/high stakes environments and are willing to put in the huge amount of time(which extends beyond a 9-5) to set up and maintain their business.
I've been both a business owner and a 9-5er so I understand both sides.
Different pathways for different people.
Lattice you could use some media training. Maybe not from Latrece but a third party.
Too many women are completely blind and deaf when it comes to fathers and fatherhood. He needed to tell someone. And that's fair. He is also going through a major change and life experience in his own way and she has to be considerate of that too. I say this as a wife and mother of three children.
