I don't like, hate this edit? It's not my favourite, nothing ground-breaking and I had trouble with the sound mixing. I'm proud of myself for getting it to a place where I could upload it, though! I didn't have inspiration to edit KL for around two years, for a number of reasons:
• I wasn't happy with anything I created. The last time I uploaded KL it was pretty half-baked, and in all honesty, I was nervous that no one would care about my contributions anymore. It sometimes feels like people don't really value editing in the same way that they do fanfiction or fanart, so I wasn't that motivated.
• Every time I went to watch KL videos to try and find inspiration, I would come across stolen manips. Trust me, I've been editing for years and I know that sometimes if you don't have the same programs or experience, the temptation to rip people off is there. There is no creativity in theft, though.
Anyway, so after my boyfriend broke up with me a couple of months ago (LOLLL) I had some time on my hands, and wanted to return to hobbies that gave me joy before I met him / take some time to myself. I decided to upload this, even though it's not my best, in the hope that at least one person will like it.
This edit is dedicated to Dery. We haven't chatted in a while, but you're still one of the people I respect and appreciate the most on here! I remember the KL collab we tried to finish with this song like, five years ago, so I hope you enjoy this haha ♡

A Klance edit in 2022? Man, I clicked on this so fast. I love this, and I've always loved your videos. You always choose the best clips and voiceovers to fit whatever story you're telling. And screw whoever says fanvideos aren't the same as fanart or fanfiction, they're one of my favorite ways to enjoy fandom stuff. You keep doing what you doing, 'cause you're so good at it.

Lmao I feel that, I've been editing KL each season (sometimes multiple times) since like, literally a month after S1 came out, so I was kind of shocked I even had any ideas left!!! They just have endless potential

100000% i find that people don't value edits as much as fanart or fanfic, and i will always be mad about it. T_T its so underappreciated but its literally my fave form of fan content that i always seek out first.

@@KaoruSan241 It is a good show? I only watched half an episode when it first aired. But to me it seemed like they moved too fast. Like, they learned how to control the robot immediately. But is it a story with progress and development or its like Steven Universe where things stay the same? Because im into stories development this time being and i saw this fmv and i remembered the show.
