This team is beatable, we just need to understand that the Kraken can also win. We need to stay aggressive and play our best game even without Landy, Valeri, and when the flames got Kadri.

This is a team that just seems exhausted. Last season was really long and the summer was really short. This season's nearly 500 man games of injury on top of what seemed like constant back to back, then take out Landy and Nuke, they're just fighting to keep their heads above water. These realllllly slow starts aren't sustainable, but I'm still hoping for the best.
It seemed like they had a bunch of back to backs early in the season too. Plus the trip to Finland. I know that stuff maybe doesn’t make a difference, but I all adds up
i think its our starts that are really coming back to bit us in the butt later into games . But i feel after the cale hit the boys werent playing to the pace the can hoping for a big response game 5. Go avs
Depth scoring is tracking almost exactly as it did in the 1st round of last year. However, scoring from the defense is WAY down compared to round 1 of last year. 1 goal this round compared to 6 in the 1st round last year doesn't cut it.
Everyone's acting like this series isn't tied and the avalanche lost all four games
Coach Bednar is the best in the business. Couldn't have said it better myself. We need to match Seattle's energy to start Game 5. Good on our boys for staying physical and battling to win until the end. Also Jared McCann is a flopping crybaby. Go Avs❤💙
Jared McCann is out for the series. I'd hardly call him a crybaby. Even as an Avs fan that hit by Makar was really bad.

Hitting someone shoulder to shoulder prewhistle, aka while play is still live, is hardly worth a suspension.

@@justmyopinion7594 he got served a penalty. The punishment was warranted. No suspension. If McCann didn't look up for the puck, Cale never would have boddied him like that. Makar thought the puck was coming down. No blame needed.
After Cale laid that hit, Kraken got angry. More than likely they will be angry and aggressive next game. Minus the annoying fans booing all the time like dorks.

Particularly on D-zone exists and neutral zone, we wait to long to begin a play and have to many partial stretch passes. We need to stay closer to each other, quick outlet passes and get going up the ice. The longer we wait the more they close the distance and get sticks in lanes.
It looked like the Kraken just wanted that first home playoff win more than the boys wanted a road 13 game winning streak that has never been done. Hmmm. Hand it to the Kraken, theyre Pros as well and they played hard af. I still believe in the boys and I'm sure they will get the job done this first round. If not, hey they won a cup last year. It's been awesome!
Wouldve been great to go up 3-1,but did what we needed in Seattle. But ya gotta actually show up when the game starts-that has got beyond ridiculous. You cant fall behind every game 4 minutes in. Losing Val to something other injury might just be the last brick in the wall though. If not this series-I certainly cant see them beating Dallas or Minny-if he doesnt come back.

Kadri can kick rocks. If Erik Johnson can take a pay cut for the team so they can stick together and go for the prize then Kadri can do the same.

They didn't get rid of Kadri. He was a free agent and took the biggest deal he could which he got and the Avs couldn't afford him with locking up Mack long term.

Injuries and free agency have hurt this team's depth. They could have maybe sustained the loss of Kadri and Burakovsky but not Landy and Nuchushkin as well. I don't see them making it out of the WC this year.

We can still easily beat this team. But I feel we are lacking that heart for winning a cup this season. This isn't the same team as last season and missing our captain and Nuke doesn't help.

Avs fans are still underrating Seattle. They are a team with lots of depth, several guts with solid playoff experience, and for the moment at least, solid goaltending.
Just because they’re a second year club is no reason to overlook them. They got 100 points in the season and have outplayed the Avs for more than half the periods in the four games so far.
Avs are lazy, they don't play with urgency and passion. They think their talent alone will win it for them
Ellers, Newhook, Rodriguez, Nieto are a for cry from Burakovsky, Kadri, Landeskog and Aube-Kubel. I don't expect this team to go far this year
