I dont have a route. But if you start from the Grindelwald, head to the north east and follow the road uphill. Then you will reach the hotel, and from hotel there is a path to the First. From there you can go to the Bachalpsee and then follow the downhill bicycle paths. You can´t miss, everything is marked. Enjoy
