SimRFlow

The following is a demonstration of the 3 modules of SimRFlow- the automated high-throughput workflow for running Simcyp®-based PBPK model simulations. The demo covers the 1) automated data collection, 2) Simcyp® simulation, and 3) output visualisation modules. SimRFlow only requires a single input file containing compound InChIKeys, which it uses to search for physicochemical and pharmacokinetic data for each compound. The collected data is used to parametrise Simcyp® PBPK models, and results can be viewed within the visualisation module.
Using SimRFlow’s simulation module requires a Simcyp License.
