- We're taking you on a deeper dive in this video, with 20 antique and vintage items we think will find their forever homes on eBay auctions right now! Some of these are things you might expect-MCM pottery, Mazer and Krementz jewelry and original Fenton carnival glass-but we're also highlighting some categories we think resellers have forgotten, but collectors have not.
Do people buy china patterns these days? What about Fulper Pottery? What cool thing from the 1980s that was never to be sold is great to sell now? We explore all this and more, including cool Memphis style ceramics, an old brass doorknob that has imitators, even R.S. Prussia (yes, it's beautiful and it's time to give it its due!).
All these items go live as you watch...if you have a Level 2 or 3 membership to the channel here on CZcams or on Patreon. If you're watching this after the fact, consider helping support the channel and getting first dibs to the items in this member bonus video that helps us track how things are doing now in the eBay auction marketplace!

I find myself always drawn to your videos because you are so clear and concise when talking about each item. A free collage class in a video. thank you
I have always loved RS Prussia China. And now at 63, nothing has changed💚
Agreed! So pretty
Hi George, it's Serena, whom you met twice this year ,at the Mt.Dora Renningers show. I'm the one who bought the 2 Panama molas from you!Once again , thank you for your graciousness and kindness! Looking forward to seeing you in November! Enjoy your time off in Mexico!!
Great to see you! I'm so happy you got those btw
I hope you will have a terrific trip to 🇲🇽 Mexico !

Hello, wild George, this was great. I learned so much from the different items that you showed tonight. Keep it going, can't wait till the next video.😊😊😊
I like Kremetz…..I have numerous pieces and they still look new…..even after 30 years of daily wear…..❤️the rose/flower jewelry…… the 14k gold overlay is incredibly durable….
Really nicely made!
Love all the history you share, George.
Thanks, I enjoy seeing how items fit into their place in time!
That Jefferson Astro patter uranium bowl is stunning without lighting it up. That Joni bowl is stunning, the glaze is exquisite, and I did not know of these potters.🖤🇨🇦🖤🇨🇦
Great show!!! Very Interesting and unique pieces!!! Shoe clips...Epic!!! Learned greatly!!!💞💞🙃💞💞
Love the door knob.!!!!!
Me too! It went for a good price
Oh George even as a kiwi I can see the amazing value of the Blonde book. Thank you so much for your education and entertainment. Cheri
Hi George. Loved the Blondie and Dagwood tv show when I was a kid. Casting did a good job. Fun to hear the start-up story of them. Had no idea.
Blessings Always
The dress clips are gorgeous!
Yes! 🙏🏻
Really pretty! Great gemstone colors in the textured rhinestones
I recently found a brass door knob from the Board of Education of Detroit. It has definitely been turned to many times to count. I was able to find a less worn-out one online, to see the fine detail mine loss over the years!! I live about an hour north of Detroit and found it at a garage sale for a couple of bucks. I've been looking online to try to find the build i came from, but Detroit has lost many of its beautiful buildings over the years, so it may be gone by now! Thanks for the video, George. I always learn so much from you!!!!
Thanks George for an informative video. Theres always more to learn. Have fun in Mexico! 😊❤
Im a reseller. Enjoyed this video. Miniatures are a favorite of mine..sometimes I m astonished at their value. Sometimes they're so charming i keep them. I should enter several catagories at our state fair. I love my junque❤
Great video George! Thanks for sharing!
I liked seeing the original RS Prussia mark! So many great pieces in this video!
Holy cow, I could use that doorknob for my 1853 Victorian!!
Hi George, years ago I was in the market for a cast iron skillet and I wanted to get a good one as back then as now, they were relatively expensive but a worthwhile investment for all the reasons you mentioned. My research concluded that the older cast iron cookware was made with a different process than modern and the finish was so smooth you could fry an egg on it. They were also lighter in weight than the modern brands. Griswold was the tops for quality and so I paid $70 at the time on Ebay and maybe $11 shipping so just over $80 total which was over 20 years ago but am I ever glad I did. I have used that 11" skillet neary every day and every time I do I'm so glad I made that initial investment. It's the healthiest, most versatile cookware ever, nothing compares to it. I don't know why Lodge or the modern brands can't get that silky smooth finish (they are very rough by comparison) as well as weighing a lot more, but I consider my Griswold skillet an hierloom and the best cookware purchase of my life.
I went to see where the miniatures are at they are already up to 27, Those were cute and I have a doll house they would be great in with miniature cat family instead dogs. Thanks for sharing and you have a wonderful day and safe travels
George, you are on fire today! I really enjoyed your estate sale video. I am going to buy you a bunch of coffees.
I found a Fulper beehive vase recently at my favorite local Goodwill. It's in flawless condition and was a real bargain at just $3.99!!! A week later I found a contemporary signed Lalique decanter in mint condition on the same shelf for just $5.99!!! Lightning struck twice for me at Goodwill Niagara Falls, New York.
PS....The day i found the Fulper vase I found a Goyard St. Louis tote with pouch for only $7.99!!! I don't expect to top that thrifting day for a long, long time.
Oh wow! It's great to hear you have good Goodwills there. I haven't been up there in too long
Love your videos. Thank you for sharing. WOW! those dress clips. JoAnn
Loved the Blondie book!! We do need an updated version.
I love the Disney map 🥰
I think of you when I see Disney
Love the charm s , small book too, dress clips! I could go on !
Can't wait to see all the fun stuff
That whisk is the right size for a quail egg!
I'm always blown away by your wealth of knowledge. I truly appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I'm very close to being a vintage jewelry expert, I put thousands of hours and thousands of dollars into studies. Hopefully you'll see me one day on CZcams blowing away the audience just like you.
Well that was a really enjoyable video to watch! Thank you :)
I’ve collected some antique pieces of Gillinder Glass (Vaseline pieces included) because they started the company right up the road from me here in Philadelphia. Today the company provides engineered glass instead similar to the Jefferson Glass thinking I imagine.
Most the teen boys I knew had blacklight posters. I will have to ask if they still have any. We could have quite a cool party, complete with dishware ✌
Lovely items !!
Glassware like Fenton and hurricane lamps are selling good here on the east coast lately. Comes and goes ...
George thank you so much for your videos , I learn so much . ❤️
Love watching you, I always learn something new,ty
This was not a Crêpes pan but a Pancake Pan because Crêpes you do as thin as possible which you can't do in this pan. 😎
Hot cakes maybe?
Actually that's for Nordic style stovetop pancakes (the clue is really in the name, platt pan, which comes form the Swedish word plätt), that are more closely related to French-style crêpes than they are to US pancakes. (There's also a Nordic oven pancake very much akin to a Dutch baby.)
The batter is typically 2 cups of milk to 1 cup of flour and one large egg, with salt, sugar &c added according to taste, and they are often made as savoury lunch-type foods with e.g. spinach or even blood mixed in the batter.
I guess you could use it to make American style pancakes, it's also pretty nifty for frying uniformly sized eggs for your sandwiches and suchlike.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for your knowledge…. Really appreciated it’s very educational! 😊
Wow, you sourced some incredible pieces. I hope that this finds you well.
Thank you!
Thank you so much 46:27 your tons of knowledge. Guy Fieri on Foodnexwork takes his family and friends on a road tips they stopped at the Lodge cast Iron factory in South Pittsburgh Tennessee. It's absolutely amazing. Yes I remember Blonde from the sundy paper comics. I didn't know the back story of Blondie. Dagwood did work for Mr. Dithers at his construction company as book keeper.I do love a good Dagwood sandwich once in a while too. 😆. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day
11:56 that’s pretty I don’t think I’ve heard of that type of glass before
Nice pottery this month ❤️
Yes, I think pottery is a little overlooked and there's so many great pieces

Only you George could you use a great and not often used word such as "irascible ". You constantly amaze me with your knowledge. God bless you and your brain. ❤

Hi George 🐸🐸
Hi Pamela!
Hi George
Hey George!!
Hi there!
By George ......
it's Monday Monday cant trust that day
Love to see more English ware.
That’s interesting! I want to try making crêpes now!
I sort of do too, and I don't even cook!
@@TheAntiqueNomad I tried making crêpes today! They were delicious but tricky!
Hi there. I am wondering if you could value a wicker basket. I came across at thrift store. I seen some identical ones on line. I live in Canada and no one in my area has knowledge of these. Thank you Teresa
Do you happen to know the significance of the red RS Prussia mark versus the green mark? My mom was a dealer back when that relish dish was at it's peak value (1970s) and she knew the significance, but, as always I didn't listen to her.😅
I do, however, listen to The Antique Nomad....and absolutely LOVE that doorknob! Absolutely beautiful victoriana metalwork at it's finest.
I think there were two different factories. Both marks seem to date to the same era around 1900
will you ever come to Madison Bouckville in upstate NY?
Many cultures have versions of these.
Ok super cool doctors cove n.s is like an hour and a half drive from me here in Nova Scotia Canada
Lol I should have waited lol you already knew that of course 😅
I want to go see it sometime! I've not been to the Maritimes
@@TheAntiqueNomad highly suggest!!!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The Boris print looks like it has acid damage. How does one handle that?
Your head should be much, much larger. The knowledge contained in your brain is simply massive! 🧠 💥 I have a large and original Dirty Dogs of Paris and enjoy visitors' comments after going to my powder room. 🐩
👍❤😊
✨💖✨
❤💛💙
Why would anybody spend money in Mexico with the situation the way it is?
You need to send the Blondie book to Trump. Imo
Is the California Pottery show an annual event! That would be a dream adventure.🫠 I still have my China and crystal from my wedding registry in 88. They are timeless.
You sent me on a research trip to find children’s books with propaganda. That’s fascinating! I always learn from you ❤️🐩
Edit.. Barbie would not cherish that tiny lamp as much as I would.
Edit.. again. I’m on these dress clips!
California Pottery Show -- It's usually in the fall in Glendale California... Glendale is also a big Armenian town, you can get some amazing pastry & food.. they may even have a super king there, which is a huge multinational grocery store where 25 countries collude to provide interesting groceries.. interesting cheese in probably 50 or 60 different kinds of sausage...
I feel smarter . George , thank you for your generosity in sharing all your knowledge. Every video introduces new and interesting items with a detailed history of. Thank you .
HI there my friend! I believe the L.A. Pottery Show still happens each spring. Barbie should have your taste level ;)
