not really, it's all about momentum, and if he does it right it is actually easier for him since he has more weight to "pull him" in the direction he wants.
When I was a young girl, this stuff was all the rage. I tried to keep up with my brothers, but couldn't. As an adult, I realize body shape alone would always have held me back as I have classic feminine shape with most of my heavy weight being below my center of gravity. My lower body is much larger and muscular than my upper by alot, and my body is naturally less muscular. Also, the wider hips are probably not an advantage here. Regardless, what this man is doing, is insane.
