Jigglypuff's song (SFM)

Another Pokemon trainer is a victim of Jigglypuff's song. Pokémon's XY rival Shauna runs into Jigglypuff after taking a relaxing stroll through the forest, the soothing lullaby not only sends Shauna to sleep but also the surrounding inhabitants.
Jigglypuff song (pokemon song):
Using it's large eyes to spellbind unsuspecting opponents, it inflates it's body and begins to sing a pacifying lullaby. If the victim fails to fall asleep then Jiggypuff will put it's own life at risk by continuing it's song until there's no more air in it's lungs.
