Nice machine, the only issue is the way the glue is applied. I`d reommend making a glue machine that will apply a thin even film of glue to the paper before its fed into the tube roller.
Interesting machine is it something you designed and made or did you purchase it. When you started the tube it looks like you removed a thin strip of double sided tape to get the poster board to adhere to the mandrel tube. Is this something you purchase the poster board with the tape strip on it? Can you make tubes of different sizes, do you have different size mandrels for it? How long do you need to dry your tubes for, before you can use them? Also I've seen a lot of people apply glue with a paintbrush in a very thin layer almost a film. So the paper just looks wet. Do you find the way you do it to spread the glue enough to not have problems with tube strength? Please write back. Thanks for sharing your video. Dylan
натри воском или парафином "навойник" вал на который накручиваешь картон. снимать гильзу будет гораздо легче. пыж для гильзы лучше делать на 0.2-- 0.1 мм больше! плотнее сидит и не болтается. для особо чувствительных к влажности составов вместо ПВА можно использовать мастику воск. канифоль. скипидар пропорция 1:2:0.5

I`d sacrifice some speed for extra torque to provide better control. You must get through a lot of glue :)

Это зависит от точности закладки первого витка или равномерности прижима ролика, и может регулироваться натяжением левой/правой пружины
