Hi Judy, I am completing my BA in Human Development with a Concentration on Early Childhood Education and Development. For my course "Working with Children and Families in a Diverse World" I preparing a multicultural curriculum and presentation. Thank you for sharing your amazing video! I have little guy in my classroom that is going to love us incorporating these rhythms and drums into our curriculum. Thank you!!!
Came across this by chance and loved it. For the benefit of your British fans may I suggest an alternative to Rhythm 1? 'I love fish 'n chips'. It works and they also taste great.
Hi, When I looked the small picture of this vid I was so excited I thought I had after many years of searching found another person doing the same thing with African drums that I am doing. no luck however. My search goes on.
Judy, I am beginning and this video is so helpful. It also made me very interested in the tubano. Can you tell me what kind of mallets you use/what can be used on it? Thank you!
Awesome rhythms Judy! You've inspired me, for my drum circle, at the school I teach here in northern England! Thank you!

Love this Thank you.. may I ask what size your djembe is. I am wanting to buy one and there are many sizes.
coral malone hi coral. Thanks for you comments. It is a 10” djembe but I would recommend a 12”. Just a better base sound on a bigger head. Have fun!
@@judypatkinson Hi, Judy. Could you please teach me how to play the percussion? What rhythm do you play?
