Flossie’s Baked Omelet Recipe | My Kitchen! My Rules!
I have something egg-o-licious for you today! Featuring eggs directly from my hen house, we are making an easy peasy, family-pleasing, perfect for breakfast or dinner, baked omelet recipe.

★ INGREDIENTS ★
2 lbs ground beef
Worcestershire sauce
16-18 eggs
2 cups milk
Fresh green onion, diced*
Green, red, or orange peppers diced*
Cherry tomatoes, halved*
2 cups shredded cheese
*Add as many vegetables as your family likes
★ DIRECTIONS ★
1. Preheat oven 350°, grease 9x12 pan.
2. Brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce to taste, strain, and set aside.
3. Whisk eggs with milk, then pour into the greased pan.
4. Evenly add diced vegetables.
5. Add two cups of cheese - your choice.
6. Add strained ground beef mixture.
7. Gently incorporate everything in the pan.
8. Optional cheese can be added on top.
9. Bake until it's done - 40-45 mins.

I think it’s just pain wrong that I can’t share this on CZcams!! She is the BEST realtor,with the funniest quick wit I’ve ever known(!!!!!) in the Charlotte NC area.
