@@1GoldenBreeze my strands look too scarce when I shingle so it ain't for me either. The raking method gives me great clumps. But I notice girls with really thick hair don't have that issue.

Please record this specific wash and go. It is giving 👏🏾 also is the dyson worth getting over a regular blow dryer ?
Yeah I just might have to run it back for y’all! Honestly it’s been so long since I’ve used a regular dryer I forgot how they compare but one thing I will say is I’m less concerned with damage when I use the Dyson. It doesn’t compromise the integrity of my curls at allll 🙌🏽

Can I just say this is the video that I have been looking for!! I am a wash and go girl and I also use the shingling method to increase the longevity of my wash and go. I have high porosity 4Bish type hair But my curls in the back are naturally looser and they already hang down long.. Because of this i strugle with my shape (my fro wants to come to a "V" at the back and the bottom/middle). So naturally, when I pineapple (going to sleep or going to the gym) I always end up with the most wonky looking shape!! 😪

My issue is that my hair isn't fully dry for like 2 days. I have high porosity hair, so I tend to need thicker gels, or I'll likely have to style every 2-3 days.
At this point I'm pretty much better off putting it into loose braids after day 2.

Thank you. I'm one of the ones who've been asking for this. Since you sweat in your scalp (so do I), do you let your hair air dry before you stretch it, or do you dry it while you're stretching? Also, of the 5 days that you work out, how many days do you stretch with heat?
I try to let it air dry a bit after I shower before manipulating it, if I have the time. I still stretch it if it’s not 100% dry tho. But honestly it varies, anywhere between 1-3 times? I try to avoid doing it too often since it breaks the gel caste & I usually try to get my wash & gos to last as long as possible. I only really do it if I’m going out out. Sorry for the late reply but I hope this makes sense ❤ lmk!
