Except he absolutely is. Friends do not always know best. I have seen multiple cases where someone was with an extremely toxic person but said toxic person had everyone wrapped around their finger and they were convinced this person was a good person even though they weren't. Those people literally chose this toxic person over the person they were dating despite knowing the person they were dating way longer and knowing they weren't the person their toxic SO made them out to be.
@@englishatheart but i dont think thats what he's talking about? thats like... the opposite of what hes talking about. he's saying that if everyone in your life is telling you to break up with someone... you might need to look into that. what you're talking about is a completely different situation where obviously your friends/family would not say that because the partner is manipulative, but that scenario doesn't really relate to the specific one Rhett is talking about. i do think the situation you are talking about is important, it's just not what he was talking about.

The scenario you’re using is when the toxic person is manipulating everyone around you as well. Which is indeed bad but also a completely irrelevant situation.
The scenario Rhett’s using is if all your friends are telling you to break up with that person. Which is entirely different. If someone you genuinely trust (in this case your friends) tell you to break up with someone, then you should at the very least keep it in mind and maybe even look into it. It’s never a good sign when this happens, ESPECIALLY when more then one person you trust is telling you this.

I don’t usually comment on CZcams. I’m an avid GMM viewer. Got my start from Hot Ones. Wondered who these two fools were, went to the channel, thought wtf, been hooked ever since. I’ve just (somehow) discovered this channel, and I’ve got to say - big golf clap to the editors - I’m cry laughing. The close up cuts of eyes/glares and dynamic facial expressions are just superb.
I wonder if one day I’ll end up working for you guys in some fashion. When I *finally* started watching Mythical Kitchen, I thought I was the only one that cooked that fashion and made/ate nutrient dense “slop”.
