I believe his relationship with an older woman like Jada fulfilled some type of motherly void but may have caused further damage once he fell in love and could not have her the way he wanted her.

I’ve been suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts since I was in 6th grade (11 year old) I was badly bullied not to mention sick on top of that I’m 27 now....Oh and going to hell is actually one of my biggest fears.....If anybody in this comment section is dealing through mental illness just know your not alone ...Not forcing you but if your Christian or just spiritual person read Isaiah 43:2 it got me through some dark times

I think your heart is in a good place but I hate to break it to you he feel out because of Xanax on stage he became a junky and still is as of March this year. But only god can truly heal him addiction is the devil and it almost took my life as well. 7 years 7 months and some change clean n sober now and I only pray he can find peace and open up his eyes to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have seizures and use a wheelchair and several braces and I use canes I also have severe nerve damage God is my everything when you deal with chronic pain everyday all day other pain is overwhelming you don't get a break but you fight through the pain some days is ok others are worst you don't know what to expect from day to day but I'm here

In order to fully & unapologetically put myself FIRST, and away from a Narcissistic parent, I moved 1000 miles away. Maybe 3 months after I moved, my thoughts became crystal clear, I was sooooo at peace. With my new found ,clear thoughts, I was able to relive(not always happy times)sooooo many "events" that I had experienced, not only growing up, but throughout my adult life. I didn't realize just how screwed up the person who was supposed to make sure that, as a child, I had a carefree, nurtured life, had been very abusive in a "different" way.
For the FIRST TIME in 45years(I am 55) I am at peace, I am happy, broke but happy, I am able to sit in my room, look out the window and see just how beautiful, something as simple as 🌲 s are.

When my family was here we used to pray together and I remember requesting that we pray for this young man when I heard he had seizures onstage. This was close to my heart because I had a son who used to have them. I never heard his music but have compassion for him as a person and will continue to keep him in prayer.
My son has seizures too..it's very scary..since I've been giving him cbd oil he's been doing so much better

My son currently suffers from seizures.He just turned 8 a few days ago.The seizures started January this year and they don’t know the cause.He has had 5 so far.It is so scary and gives me anxiety

j Sm absolutely predatory. I am a foster/extra mother (bio mum too) of 47 years old. Some of my kids are 26 now. I have known them since they were teenagers, they are CHILDREN to me. There is nothing wrong with being a cougar but this was a relationship based on trust and familial support where she had been involved in his illness and life. She had no business harming him this way. Many young ppl get crushes on older ppl who support them but being a mature adult means you DO NOT act on it. August was so vulnerable, it really breaks my heart he couldn’t trust her.

I saw him perform in 2018 where he talked about some of his health issues. He's been through A LOT. I pray that he'll be made whole in mind, body and spirit and continue to be there for his brother and nieces.
I admire August he is a very strong person even though he has been through so much he still stays strong. I first heard about August on Jada's show The Red Table talk after that I started researching him and reading about everything that happened to him. We complain about so much in life yet here he is going through a daily struggle and he still smiles through it all😩❤️

There is something about him, that makes you want to just hug him & tell him, he’s so strong & should be proud of himself. He seems so humbled & down to earth & you can also see, he is a Godly man! He’s very talented & his voice is so unique. He’s one of few, that I like all of his songs! Praying for him, that god puts of hedge of protection around him & any weapon formed against him, shall not prosper! May God’s wrap his loving arms around him, and fill his heart with the Holy Spirit, and may he feel love, peace & may he feel comforted and give him the strength he needs, physically & emotionally. I also pray for those beautiful girls, that God gives them the comfort they need, and help them get through the hard days, when missing their parents is too hard to bare. It sounds like he has Lupus. My mom struggles with some of those same things and she was finally diagnosed 3 years ago. She did chemo as well, but, the medicine she's on helps a lot. Until the figured out what it was, she was miserable!
