As my father wants male heir, he divorced my mother after I was born as a girl child. Eventhough the divorce is mutual, he didnt mentioned my name in divorce decree because of alimony. My mother never noticed this..He never provided alimony to my mother too. Me and my elder sister are the only heirs to my parents. He took care of my elder sister alone since the childhood. He passed away last year. Now my own sister is denying my rights to add my name in his legal heir. Can you please let me know what are all the proofs I have to provide in court?
Respected sir, My father is a 90 years old person. All properties changed to my name by "settlement deed" except only one property There is some problem to change it to my name by settlement deed in EC. I am only one son of my father with two married sisters. Now my father have in a situation to file a suit in court for the above property. After filing the case I wish to get the power from father to conduct the case. If my father write the "will" for that property to me, after his death can i conduct the case alone or must add my sisters name in the case.

If nominee is one of the legal heir. Amount is hold by nominee or shared by legal heirs.
