Very nice house that could be easily reformed for not too much money. I would have bought it straight away if ot wasn't that Cordoba is sooo hot. Easily 10 degrees above Almeria or Alicante area. Nonetheless a fantastic house 😊

It is something to consider yes, luckily it’s only for about 3/4 months 🙂

Is there good internet in the area, about the garden is there a well for watering the garden, how far are shops, and lastly whzt are the anual rates for the property and other taxes if any
