THANK YOU very much, Sir! Straight to the action without 125 minutes of some introduction! I was actually able to watch your vid and work on my CJV150-160. BRAVO!!!
Would you happen to know how to change the cut order? It's doing the perforated cut first and then the kiss cut... which is causing problems. Thanks in advance
I have a question! I have been doing this for a few months with no issues, but recently my cut lines are now printing when they shouldn't be. Any ideas on why and how to make that stop?
I'm facing some problem with my cjv15-75, after printing my vinyl the colors are not lasting well, after 3 or 4 times wash colors are fading out and vinyl are becoming white, what can I do now, and suggest me which color profile I should install and use for printing vinyl, thanks in advance
Hello Michael, could you help me? When I open the pdf or eps file in rasterlink, it does not see cut lines, the file is not divided for print and for cut, i have only one for printing( thank you for help
I tried it first with 300gms of pressure and it cut through the vinyl and backing on a test cut, but on a run it cut and the material started to get caught up in the blade - should the pressure be brought down to a point where the cut is through but holds in the vinyl until you 'punch' it out?
I just added 2 new videos that should help you. One is Setting cut order and paper jam issues and the other is setting blade depth. See if they help and if not let me know. You want the person to hold the media in place until you are ready to pop it out. If it jams it is usually because your perfs are not strong enough.
I’ve had this for 5 years and it’s so hard to figure things out on your own. The machine will be outdated before I learn it all and it will be the last one I buy for that reason. .they should have had tutorials for basic stuff like this years ago..rant over.
Thank you very much sir for the tutorial. I have no idea how to set it up until I found your video.
you are awesome... soooo many things to learn from your vids.. you do an amazing job of it and I SINCERELY appreciate it!!!!

Don't you have to make sure the contour cut is 2mm into the graphic as a bleed line or is this new printer super accurate so don't need too?
