I almost cried when I first listened to this piece, especially the first movement doesn't sound like something from that time at all. JSBach would be so happy if he listens to this.

It is very bad to take so much time for breathing!

Not really, breath is a part of the phrase as my flute teacher likes to say. Taking quick and rapid breaths in a slow movement would sound odd.

During the performance on the wind instrument, breathing should not be noticeable to the listener, otherwise it is not music, but hard work, or sport. When the rhythmic structure of a work is broken for the sake of slow breathing, this contradicts the composer's intention and the whole logic of the musical development of the phrase. This is especially true of Bach's music.
