    Thank you so much Matt! This is a great, easy intro I can pass along to whomever is running live in our worship services.

    Thanks guys. Easily one of the most helpful videos on Ableton I've seen so far!

    Thanks for your help, Matt! I've been wondering how to eliminate the choppiness when you transpose or change the tempo of a song on this DAW until now. God bless you and your helpful materials!!

    Hi there! Two thumbs up on your video! Just a question. What if I wanna extend let's say the bridge part or chorus? Is there a way to do this on your kind of set?

    What version of Ableton will have all the features in this video? will the $100 pricepoint get our team access to all of the things your showing in this video? should I get Ableton Live Intro?

    Awesome video Matt. Do you usually use split tracks or multi tracks? Which is better for worship?

  • @jeremiahjameslopez1765

    what if the worship leader wants to repeat a certain part of the song?

    • @JaredBatson
      @JaredBatson Před 8 lety

      +Jeremiah James Lopez You can cut up the song within Ableton. So how I run my Ableton session is I have every song cut up into sections, that way I can assign a MIDI command to trigger any section of the song I want, so if the worship leader did want to repeat a part of a song I can just press a button & it will go back to the top of the section. There is a way to repeat any section that's playing but I can't remember how off the top of my head

    If one backing track is Louder than other, Is it possible to create different volumes for each scene?

    • @jeffhouse360
      @jeffhouse360 Před 9 lety

      Yes it is. Select the loop whose volume you want to adjust. In the bottom of Live, in the Sample panel, you'll see a vertical slider (below the RAM button, and above where it will likely say 0.00 db). Adjust the volume there and Ableton will change it only for the selected loop. Enjoy!

    Hi Matt, or anyone for that matter. When I import my tracks into ableton they're not starting in the right place and all playing at different tempos even though they're from the same song. Also when I bounced the tracks they all had the same starting point. It's only when I play them together in live that they go haywire. Can anyone help with this?

    How do you download the tracks from multi tracks? How do you make a folder in order to paste it on abortion? Thank you!

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 3 lety +1

      If your tracks are in a folder, then open the folder, highlight all of the tracks and then you can drag t hem all into the Ableton session at once. Hold Command while you let go of the files, and they will be placed on separate tracks within the session!

    Ok, good. But what if I wanted to repeat some sections of the song? For instance, I have to repeat a pre-chorus and a chorus, can I jump with all the tracks (click, loops) to those sections, maybe pushing down one button?

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 6 lety +1

      Absolutely! czcams.com/video/q4_LiMPW4lc/video.html

    • @francesco.bonetti
      @francesco.bonetti Před 6 lety

      Ok, I already saw that, maybe I didn't explained the situation accurately: let's suppose that you have the entire setlist in your live view, song 1, song 2, song 3 etc. If you're playing one of these songs and your pastor, or worship director says "let's make another chorus", but you have all your tracks set, how could you avoid, for example, the bridge to come in and repeat the chorus, and then go to the bridge? Any suggestions?

    • @loopcommunity
      @loopcommunity  Před 6 lety +1

      I recommend using PRIME for Mac instead of Ableton for this...it's very complicated inside of Ableton Live unless you pre-consolidate your song sections. You can't do this straight from Session View unless you've already consolidated/chopped up your individual song sections like Verse, Chorus, Bridge, etc.
