The first time we met her was on a deserted road. As we were walking, she came running from afar, her poor eyes looking up at us as if asking for something. We went to a nearby grocery store to buy her some food. After eating, she came up to us, sat down and bowed her head in thanks. It was dark at that time, we comforted her and left. The next day, still on the road, we met her again. She smiled at us and led us to a nearby deserted port. When we arrived, we saw 6 puppies playing there. She ran over and brought the small children to get to know us. Poor eyes looked at us begging for help for our children...

Lucky for the mother dog that you were able to take her 6 puppies to the vet for treatment but instead of spending all your free time with the puppies you should have gone back for the mother dog and instead of waiting for her acceptance of you, you should have caught her, even against her will, and taken her to her puppies. Her presents would comfort the puppies and they would recover more quickly.
Please take the mama dog. She is scared and has fear of change. Help her please.
They look much much better. They got attention and care at the right time.
