Meditation Flute to Help Reduce Stress and Anxiety to Promote Relaxation and Calm

  • The other day I was trying to calm my mind after a long hike in the snow at Mt Baldy. It was a scary hike because of the snow and the possibility of encountering wild animals. My mind was running wild in the wilderness ... after almost 8 hours, when I got back to the car, I put on some flute sounds and did a 4, 8, 16 breathing meditation to calm myself.
    I wish I had put suncream as my face was completely sunburnt though :))
