Currently downgrade software version is a perfect solution but u can try these steps if u are facing same problem.
After that try upper video method do these steps:
1.Open settings
2.Click on about phone
3.Open software update menu
4.click on 3 dots (appears on right upper side)
5.Click on Download Latest Package
6.Install latest package after successfully downloaded
7.factory reset again

Pehlay Safe Mode Pay Mobile On kr k Phir Uss mein Jitni B Banking Apps hain Sab Delete kren aur Mobile ko Restart karen.agr Mobile Phir Dobara Boot Menu mein Aa Jaye tou Aap ny Phir Safe Mode Pay on krna hai aur Uss k Baad Aap ny 3no Buttons Volume Up volume Down and Power Button ko ek sath Press krna hai 10 seconds k Baad Power Button ko Chorr kr Press krty jana hai Volume k 2no Buttons ko Hold rakhna hai Jab Tak Mobile on nai ho jata.....In Sha Allah Theak ho Jayega.
Mera Abhi Abhi Aisay he Theak huwa hai Main kal sy Bht Pareshan tha......

J’ai un problème !!! Mon téléphone ne redémarre plus ! J’ai appuyer sur redémarrer ou je ne sais quoi et ensuite je suis tomber là dessus ,dans le mail menu. J’ai essayer « reboot » pendant 4h et ça fait maintenant plus de 5h que mon téléphone ne se rallume pas. Il reste bloquer et ne veux plus s’ouvrir.c’est une boucle interminable entre redémarrage et le matin menu . S’il vous plaît , HELP ME PLZZ

Please go to settings-about phone-software update-click on 3 dots (upper right side show)-download latest package-after these steps try to use ur phone normally
