Sealing The Alumunium Foil Seal Using Iron

We'd like to show you how to sealing the alumunium foil seal using Iron.
The Heat of Iron at below max. Using the iron when its already hot.
The edge of top of the bottle must be cleaned already. So the seal will stick at the bottle properly.
After sealing please check whether the seal already stick properly at the whole edge of the top bottle.

Please help me yaar. Alumunium foil ka size pata nahi lag raha. Meine 0.065 mm size ka foil flipkart se manwaya. But wo mera 200 ml and 300 ml pickle jar ke liye shota pad gaya. Mujhe kaunsa size mangana hai ..can u help me?

Not any foil can do. You must use Alumunium foil that already laminated with the same type of plastics...so it could stick together (cause the plastics are melting) when its heated by the iron. We call it alumunium foil seal.

Hi Nana Gloria... the alumunium that we apply to seals the PET bottle is different... it's not like alumunium foil that we use for cooking.
Yes, this is special alumunium foil... this alumunium foil that already laminated with plastics (also PET plastics) so it could stick to the PET bottle when we heat it with the iron... the plastics will be melted and stick together. That's why we could use it to seals the bottle.

At the video, we're applying the alumunium foil seal at the PET plastic bottle... and offcourse we're using the seal which compatible with PET plastic bottle too...
FYI, there are several kinds of alumunium foil seal, depend on the bottle we're using.

@@hardsnake1654 every bottle had a different type of seal that we could use. For example, glass bottle should use glass buffer seal with the glue on the surface of the seal which could make the seal stick together to the glass bottle. And for PET plastik bottle should use the PET seal, seal which compatible with PET bottle. The same things to HDPE bottle should use HDPE seal.

I would apply a brand new label if it was a product you are seeking or wouldn't be eating/ storing in a fridge before it goes rancid. I wouldn't re-use a faulty label. Even if tge product is cosmetic that too can harm your health if not sealed, stored properly or expired. I used a tad bit old cosmetic item and ended up with the worst sores I ever had all over face. After they healed I ended up with terrible scaring that I have yet to find a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon said they can fix.

Glass bottle need the proper seal for glass bottle too... in this video I use a seal for plastic bottle and apply to plastic bottle too... riverse would not stick...it doesn't work.
