I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

Yes!!! I am 61 and it always turns bright/neon/ hot pink, I look like a deranged nursing home escapee. No thank you. Not the look I am going for.😂

Out of all my collection, I don’t own a Huda beauty. Have thought about it with the empowered but every time I did, it would sell out. That was a sign to me. Now this one is tickling my interest but thanks to ND and her every month launches, I feel overwhelmed with my collection lol. I have the nude and Xeon. Maybe…just maybe…I don’t need this one..watch me want it when it’s sold out lol
There is a point to this: am I the only who owns more than 30 eye shadow palettes? If so, am I the only who feels like I won’t get my moneys worth because of the expiry dates? I’ve used them all but nearly put in a dent in any of them. I’m feeling the same way with my blush collection too. Pls tell me I’m not the only one who has spent so much in make up cause I’m questioning my sanity
Lol… nope you are not alone. I recently passed a lot of mine on to others because they were too expensive to just sit in my drawer only being used one or twice. I’m to what I love now.. 1 PM, 3 ND, and 1 Nars. This one is tempting though.

I loved the makeup looks you came up with…. after watching multiple videos featuring ND palettes these really look like if you used 2 different palettes…
In general I enjoy Huda’s formula her mattes & shimmers are AMAZING they’re in my opinion better PMG & ND because PMG shadows always feel very dry & ND sometimes they look very different to the pans & even redundant whereas my experience with Huda Beauty is always better

I agree with the Huda shadows! With PML on my light cool-toned blue eyes my looks go dark very, very quickly, if I use more than one matte it's a problem. With ND's midi palettes, I get the same look with the whole palette. Huda usually adds enough light shades (and variations) to build & create at least 3 different looks.🤍

Well this was interesting,I think Im gonna skip on the palette since I just purchased ND Nude and Xenon palette,I think from those 2 I can come up with similar.That blush is like never seen anything like that,Im gonna get that and the Grunge lipgloss.Ty Charlotte you look beautiful ❤

I am so happy you review these because the looks you show us are both beautiful and easy to follow. Initially I was not into buying this palette because I got the midi Xenon but when I saw it I fell in love, it’s prettier in person 😊

This palette is the only palette I've been excited for this year. It reminds me of my really old MAC Basic Bit@h Palette that I loved and used for years! It's my exact fav color story. I am now kinda interest in the blush for a lip product.
I just recently watched a video of yours where you discussed trying new looks on both eyes, not one look on one eye and a different look on the other…definitely hard to see the entire look when the eyes are different.

When you first opened this palette it immediately reminded me of the Natasha Denona Glam palette just slightly darker and probably considerably cheaper!🥰💜

I also bought the blush and like you, prefer using a brush for application.

This looks like it could be a happy medium between the ND I Need a Nude and Xenon palettes
This looks like a nice palette in between the super light nudes of the ND I need a nude palette and the dark Xenon palette, where you can get both natural and also smokey looks. Lovely versatile palette imo
I actually really like the look of this palette. I don’t have any Huda eyeshadow so I might pick it up!
I'm dying to buy this palette, just up my street. However, I wear eyeshadow very rarely, I already own 3 high end palettes (I know that 3 will seem like a meagre number) and Pretty Grunge is quite pricey.

Beautiful looks Charlotte! Between ND and PML, I feel pretty covered on all of these shades but no denying Huda has done well. The pH adjusting blush rings a bit childish to me though.
I took your advice and waited it out for a hefty Black Friday discount. Picked it up from Cult Beauty for £36. I had £10 worth of CB rewards to spend so I reckon I got a pretty good deal with this palette.

The rephr brush soap is in stock FYI . It’s also half price. It’s really great for natural fibre brushes. Both styles of eyelash curlers are on sale. The sponges are on sale too. I love a black sponge.

I completely agree with how user friendly and wearable this palette is. I just don’t think it’s worth it to pay the high price for a palette full of black, grey and silver (side eye to Natasha Denona). Besides silver shimmers look so pretty with a warm shade in the crease!

Im only 5mins in, so got a while to go yet (definitely not complaining!) But you've just swatched the Huda pallette on your hand and i think this is the only vid I've watched on it that's tempted me.. I'm just torn between this and the Xenon 😫🤣 But yeah, I had to stop now, incase I forget to ask ~ What nailvarnish are you wearing here? Ive never worn a brown but that's gorgeous on you + goes amazing with the Huda pallette! 😍🤣🥰 Gonna get comfy + watch the rest now lol.. then see if I've missed any/many of your vids, as notifications on here are always hit + miss lol, but its cool as i like bingewatching a couple/few in one go sometimes lol.. especially if I'm comfy in bed, with a box (yes, a whoOole box, lol) of Malteasers 🌿👀👍🏻🌿 🤣🤣💜🥰

I almost wished that blush was something else that was that color and not a pH blush.
I didn't order the gloss blush but now I'm wondering... perhaps on no makeup days on the cheeks & lips just a stain with no transfer. And in Summer. Interesting, I might need to get it! But no rush, I suspect Huda will have at least a 30% off sale (like last year) and I'll pick it up then. But I had to have the palette NOW! I skipped Xenon (I have the mini) so this was a fantastic alternative & a clever planned release date 😉 I also got the Kayali Tobacco Oud & really like it!! To me there's more spice than Guerlain Tobacco Honey (which I love) definitely not as long lasting. It reminds me of my beloved Replica Autumn Vibes but stronger with the tobacco twist. It's worth having especially for those who wear perfume at home or before bed (it's wonderful, try it 😊). Thanks for getting this review up so quickly and actually picking up the gloss blush 🤍
I've not tried anything huda yet. Noticed large Boots in UK are selling huda now, so I'll go and do a swatch fest 😊

I was interested in this pallet and recently purchased it so I’m glad to see the review but I’m really Clarius about that blush gloss not for a blush because I rarely wear too much blush as I’m older and I have white hair and my face is rather small, but as a lip stain it looked really pretty and I’m wondering how long it lasted because I watched you kiss your hand and no transfer appeared so that would be wonderful if it lasted more than an hour

Thanks for the video, Charlotte! This is the first ever Huda product that has piqued my interest, thanks to the color story and now your positive review. But once I started to think about it, I just don't see anything grunge about the blush/lip cream product. Same with the brand's promo photos, they give me more a hard rock wibe, than grunge. I like to buy into the "story" or inspiration when I purchase a product, but in this case, it seems as if "grunge" was just a label slapped on a product that essentially is just another iteration of the same black-white-greay trend as ND Xenon, Dior holiday palette, Chanel holiday palette, YSL holiday palette and probably a few more launches to come. Speaking of grunge, do you have the Ninetease palette from Vieve - how do these compare?

HUDA is one of the only ‘modern’ cosmetics companies I can get in Austria (from Douglas, Marionnaud)
It is surprisingly hard to get cool cosmetics here.
We only have BigLux (aka LVHM etc) & some drugstore
There is LIMITED access here, some online supply, buuut…
Which do you think is the better palette choice, ND Glam or the Huda Pretty Grunge as a more cool tone/all rounder palette?

I ordered the blush gloss. It caused virtually no colour change at all on me, on cheeks, lips or tip of fingers. Even after leaving to 'activate' for 20 minutes. Sadly an absolute waste of money

OMG - regret buying Xenon and now want this instead (not that I've yet got Xenon and I'm expecting to love it)...yes I'm frugal wise miser and won't - can't - surely? - buy both...
So Huda is now charging the same as ND for their palettes...that's disappointing. That being said, this palette is right up my alley and definitely everyday wearable with the ability to go deep and/or glam! Absolutely gorgeous and I will be debating this one heavily...

For me, honestly, I just do not get the hype surrounding Huda products. I’ve purchased a couple of the 9-pans that everyone RAVED about in the past and found them to be utter crap, and gotten samples of many of the other products in various orders. It was all thoroughly underwhelming.
In all, just not a brand for me, I guess 🤷🏻♀️
I wish companies would go away with their color changing products. Give me a color changing t-shirt,but F-off with the makeup, lol it's so not my thing!! Love you Charlotte ❤

It looks fantastic on you, but in no life of mine am I paying almost $40 for a blush that i have no idea what the color will be on me.
Is it me or is this vidio quite dark, iv got brightness on full but still to dark to watch. Please let me know if anyone else is having this problem xxx
I am not experiencing it quite that badly. It is a bit dark but still easily viewable.
The purple lighting effect may be affecting the quality of the video.
It doesn’t seem too dark on my phone. I actually like the lighting because I can really tell the true color of the Eyeshadow. ❤️

I am sorry to say that after Huda’s comments regarding her Israeli customers, I have to say that I can no longer use nor purchase her products. This is a personal decision. That being said, the products look very interesting.
What's going on with the brands and these horrible colorstories like ND Xenox I mean seriously never seen more horrible releases and colorstories. Well lucky me I'll save my money 😂😂😂And as a Greek with black eyecolor those colors are JUST AWFUL FOR ME AND MY TASTE.
