- The most recent Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update came with a lot of additions. One of the biggest Festival of Universes features were festival exclusive moves. Here is a list ranking them from worst to best.

We gotta get Rosé Goku Black with the sythe version of divine lasso
It would be dope, but it’s unlikely Rose gets another Festival preset.
Data miners have found other festival skills and ironically potentially a variant of Goku Black that isn't part of festival updates.
Now we have USV Rosé.
With the Scythe version dubbed Crimson Edge

I know PVP was likely the criteria, but the Super Spirit Bomb Festival Goku preset is great for PVE. Both if you’re using him or if he’s a partner.
Using the super soul to boost those by XXL gets results
Hellblade rush is good... untill you realize the game counts it as a mele combo making it vanishable

@@LReframedit freezes people that try to hit you while you use it. If you get frozen you aren't able to move,limit burst or anything at all and Hit gets to have a free ult on you
Infinity rush also has super armor on the initial start up so its good for trading
Spirit Bomb does the same damage, despite Goku turning Super Saiyain...

Whats the difference between the regular and the festival feint shot?
Festival one lands after a nockback so It can be used top extend combos, not only to stun and start them like original one.
Festival continues a combo, normal starts one
I just wish they gave you the ability to add these moves to custom mentors.

Festival Side Bridge only works in good connection. Otherwise only 1 of its multi-hits will connect
The side bridge one was absolute bullying if I got hit by that I would’ve left the game so fast
I wish I grinded the festival, I only got Majin buu's. Hopefully the next festival is better

Bro i have to ask, how do i play xenoverse with mods on multiplayer? i saw ur past videos and u seemed to be playing with other players with different movesets and im pretty sure u need mods to change moveset right? i kinda need help man

If you mean they have a different moveset on, for example, Vegito Blue, it's likely the Customize Partner preset, as you can get custom presets for certain characters that aren't available as mentors, such as Vegito Blue.
How do you get festival abilities/presets?
Is there a way to get the festive varients of the characters even after the event ended or is it a limited time only and will never be used or seen again.

As far as I am aware, the Festival is coming back. So they will more than likely make it unlockable for new players.

@@ShadowGamerBR1 You need to use characters in anything. Expert missions. PVP. PVE. Anything. I personally would go into a PQ with two characters I want to grind, and then just keep repeating missions until the character is at 5 star. Also keep in mind you need to talk to them first for them to start tracking your progress.

@xelok447 you can add them to the customizable variation of the character, but I already had every festival move so I don't know if you need the festival variation first.

I'm pretty sure it's like any other event. It will be back. We know it is a second festival with different characters and different festival skills, but the first one has to come back at some point.

These festival moves really shouldve just replaced as the default version of the moves. It's literally them making the moves as they *should have* looked from the start.

Idk for sure but hellblade rush is actually better for an opponent due to the duration. I don't think the damage outweighs the stamina they recover. Easily giving them time to regain one of the most valuable pvp resources. The rest of them you rated fair. God bless!

How i get this Moves?
That’s the neat part, you don’t…
They were available for a limited time during the Festival of Universes Event.
Via interacting with the respective characters and or playing as them you’d earn “Camaraderie” with them and when it was maxed out you’d fight the character and upon winning get a new variation with the (Festive) Move
You’d also get bonus rewards depending on the team you selected at the start of the event. Your choices for teams of Universes 6, 7 and 11
When participating in events you’d score points for your team…
Universe 7 won every single round

nah, the best festival Move is Genkidama, Don't care if it's not good for Competitive, it's just the best move in all xenoverse
Solar flare festival is worse, just because it's an evasive that blocks nothing, put it at number 20. At least eagle kick has good i frames, it's honestly way better than it. Feint shot is negligible by comparison to it's base form. Hellblade rush being so high despite having so many problems is cap, that's 19, it's considered a basic combo, does poor damage, and doesn't even work online.
