    सर आपने दूसरे क्वेश्चन मैं all denominators को 2 से डिवाइड किया और रिड्यूस कर दिया परंतु 22 को छोड़ दिया जबकि वह भी काट रहा था आज आपने क्यों किया मुझे नहीं पता पर मुझे लगता है आप आंसर पता होते हैं फिर आप सलूशन को फटाफट कर देते हैं पर हमें नहीं समझ आ रहा है सर

    In Q1, sir interchanged the no of years mistakenly for A1 and A3. In A1 you can see sir took 2 years whereas in the question it is 4 years. The question was that sum of interest and principal in all 3 cases turned out to be equal.

      In 2nd question amount is not calculated. It is the interest, calculated. As in question it is mentioned *interest he received on 3 parts were equal*

      in first question we were talking about AMOUNT( A=P+PRT/100 ) but in second question we are talking about SIMPLE INTEREST(S.I=PRT/100) .

    In first ques why dont cut 22 in denominator .. when cut all denominators which is divided by 2 ? Plz help anyone

      Because if he cuts all the denominators then the 22 in numerator with P1 will remain there only
      and P1 = P2 = P3 will not come.

    If compound interest of a certain sum at the end of 2 years and 3 years are Rs. 456 and Rs. 819 respectively. Find the rate of interest.....how can we calculate this sum....% change formula is not applicable for this

    The ratio in 1st question should be 3:4:6, and when we calculate through this, then we will get P1, P2, and P3 amounts as 9150, 12200, and 18300 respectively.

      Looks like you did the common mistake ....
      The question does not mention that all the 3 parts get same simple interests ( which you have used to solve )
      In the question , it was actually mentioned that the amounts received in all the 3 parts is same
      which doesn't mean that the interest on those parts are same...
      What is actually meant is after adding the interest on the respective parts, the amount you get is same.
      So the method Sir used is correct ... just in opposite order ( as he mistakenly used the opposite years )
      Answer is same as sir just opposite ..
      You can check by adding the interest with your A1,A2 and A3 with respective years..

      Your approach was correct. The only mistake you must have made is to equate it directly to get the ratio of 3:4:6 instead of taking A=P+I part's ratio.

    In p2 in denomination again 22 will reduce to 11 right? So it will be 11*12

    Let's make the doubt clear, the year ratio for 1st question is P1:P2:P3 = 2:3:4, Amount A1=12650 for 5% for 4 yrs, A2=13200 for 5% for 3 yrs, A3=13800 for 5% for 2 yrs = 15180.

      No, It's given that amount recieved by each part is eql, we have to calculate principle for each of that amount p1,p2 and p3

      He took the lcm of 6,10 and 15 which comes 30 and divide each term by 30 so that we get the ratio of P1:P2:P3= 5:3:2. Hope u get it now😊

      He's not actually dividing it by 2. He's writing 50 just as ( 100 / 2) just for faster calculation.

    In first question I have doubts.
    And also if we are calculating the interest for the amount you calculated we find different amounts of interest!!🤦‍♂️🤔

      Dude in the first question i did the same mistake, it is actually in the first question the amount received in the first question is equal whereas in the second the interest he received is equal, so different formulas

    Let say ci for 2 yrs given=44
    And ci for 3 yrs=72.8
    If we now find rate of interest =(72.8-44)÷44%
    = 65.45% coming instead of 20%
    ( Sir The concept u explained hold for 2 successive yrs) then why not the ans is matching. Pls explain

      answer will be 65%

      Actually the values you took are incorrect, the CI is initially 20 then 24 then 28.8 not 20, 44, 72.8 and now if you ll calculate, you will get correct ans

      @@inspiredsoul8834 look the concept we are using here only works for interest amounts for individual years, so first in order to use this method you will need to find out the respective interest amount accrued in the respective successive years, which is 72.8 - 44=28.8
      but no way to determine the second year, so it will not work

      No, in p1/23x24...24 is cancelled...in p3/22x23...22 is cancelled....in p2/22x24...if 22x24 is divided by 2..anyone of 22 & 24 will get cancell..so if u r cancelling 24,no need to cancel 22..

      Sir has covered almost every topic, if there is any topic left you can watch other teacher's video. There is lot of content on youtube it's upon you how you filter the content. I won't suggest you to join coaching if your basics are not clear especially in quants, they will just try to complete their syllabus before august or september. You might not be able to catch their pace.
