INGREDIENTS:
• Chicken (preferably with bones) - 500 grams
• Basmati Rice - 300 grams
• Onion, thinly sliced - 2 medium sized
• Tomato, chopped - 1 small sized
• Ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
• Coriander leaves, chopped - a handful
• Curd/yogurt - 2 Table spoons
• Green chillies
• Oil
• Ghee
• Salt, sugar
POWDERED SPICES USED:
• Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
• Black pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
• Garam masala powder - ½ teaspoon
• Coriander powder - ½ teaspoon
• Biryani masala powder - 2 teaspoons
WHOLE SPICES FOR TEMPERING:
• Bay Leaves - 2
• Green cardamom - 4 to 5 pc
• Black cardamom - 1 pc
• Cinnamon sticks - 1 large
• Javitri - 1 pc
• Cloves - 3 to 4
