No, it's not true 100%, you have to feel this city vibes in some better way then your view will definitely change.

What about Inhuman traffic?
The place where u need to spend 2100 for bathroom water each month, some place only 1 h water , or worst..
What about water logging?
What about narrow bad road conditions South Bangalore?
What about extra inflation in basic needs?
What about they burn kachra on road side everywhere creating dangerous smoke entire day?
What about innormas school fee just for a basic cbsc or iscs school ...I am not talking about very big brands ...
Many more that if I start mentioning list will be very huge...
Bangalore used to be a magnificent city back then 2000 to nearly 2016 nearly ...but now it's not the case,
It is just another city .. obviously some advantages are there...like jobs, medical, etc...
Only thing iss that if u want to spend 10 rupees for 5 rupes item actually and u have a very big heart of doing great expenditure for nonsense reason then it's very good place to live ...
