이번에는 새로운 블루베리 타르트를 만들어 봤어요~😍
손님들 반응이 좋아서 너무 뿌듯했답니다☺️
쉬어가는 시간에는 달고나 라떼를 만들어 봤는데..
연습이 더 필요할거 같아요..
영상 찍기 전에 몇 번 실패 하고 그나마 성공한 건
맛이 씁쓸해서 만족스럽지 못했답니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I think I need more practice for dalgona.
I failed a few times before shooting the video, and I wasn't satisfied with the success one..

우연히 유튜브를 통해 내복곰 카페를 알게 되었다가 마침 집 앞이라 지난주에 친구랑 가게에 놀러갔었어요ㅎㅎ 그때 먹은 블루베리 타르트가 저렇게 만들어지는 거였군요ㅜㅜ 치즈랑 생크림이 너무 맛있고 특히 저 커스터드 크림과 바삭바삭한 타르트지 부분이 너무 맛있는거에요..! 그래서 친구한테 드디어 집 주변에 맛있는 디저트 집을 찾았다고 좋아하면서 동생 선물로 마카롱도 종류별로 사갔는데 역시 동생도 너무 좋아하더라구요ㅎㅎ 조만간 망고 케이크랑 딸기 롤케이크도 먹으러 가야겠네요☺️ 이른 오후에 갔는데도 먹고 싶었던 밤, 앙버터 다쿠아즈가 솔드아웃이였어서 이번에는 더 일찍 가볼께요ㅎㅅㅎ
