  • In this JKMRC Friday Seminar, Adjunct Professor Ian Satchwell discusses how the resource industry experiences of Northern Australia can help inform the future of a similarly resource-rich but underdeveloped and scarcely populated region - the North of Canada.
    Ian is a researcher and member of the Scientific Advisory Committee to the Canadian Northern Corridor program at the University of Calgary School of Public Policy and an Adjunct Professor at SMI. He has 35 years of private and public sector experience in policy and practices for resources development and infrastructure. He has led teams providing analysis, advice and capacity-building to governments, industry bodies, universities and NGOs in several global regions.
