If there are high surface finish requirements when press brake/edge bending, the Swedish product Tribotextil™ can be applied in the pressing/bending tool and mechanically protect the sheet metal from scratches and other damages. Tribotextil™ is an extremely thin and very strong textile that in this process replaces lubricants in the tool and also protects the stamping tools from wear and coatings.
The more you go easy on your back gauges, the longer they will maintain alignments based on what location you program. Sounds like someone who’s worked on a machine with really shitty stops. Causes dimensional issues
What the hell was he making? I can take a piece of plate and bend it 8 different places and turn to the camera and say perfect, but it don't mean it is.
It's a base/holder for a sign. Previously was 2 peices welded together, we programmed to bend complete and eliminate the welding. There is one final flattening operation not pictured.
safety glasses, gloves ear protection, a must......flat stock should be closer to machine and higher up........no safety lights..........OSHA would eat you up
Special salute for this hard worker. Thnx.

keep up the good work
in my press shop safety glasses on your hat was a reprimand and no machine safety lights, an OSHA violation
smh they dont care
good bending effect
my 38 yrs on press brakes tells me gaging off a degree bend isn't a good thing
aye what are tolerances haha
@@PrimeMontages what is a degree bend?
@@tradinwarstoriez5641 he just means bending off an angle
depends on the tolerance. I do it sometimes. But I know what the parts are used for.
You're totally correct, but tolerances on this part are super-loose, not an issue for this one.
Thought he was making a paper airplane
You could buy one custom punch and die set side by side with a sash like the one you're using and do that in only 3 hits. Might save lots of time
Как-то упоры странно стоят. Сам работаю гибщиком и за таким очень непривычно наблюдать
No light guard?
And yet no problems running it.
grear job
Z1,Z2 looks cannot move in the same time
Part aint even sitting right in many bends this makes me think they dont check for dimensions
Isnt that machine illegall? No laser lights or optics for high speed?
The safest thing to do is to keep your fingers away.
Indonesia is here
that bend sequence is fucked up
if with a light curtain or DSP laser protection equipment is better.
hi. need Help with one drawing

Hi
it hurts me to watch him pressure the stops like that.
I’ve been a brake operator for about six months and not sure what you mean. Could you explain please? Just trying to learn

2 nd bend not good
Non si lavora così !!!!
working speed to fast..
Agreed, slow your ram down
Orrrrrrr.... Just design a tool that does that in 2 hits
What? The world doesn’t work like that.
What a joke. I'm a sheet metal mechanic for the union. Guy needs a fucking machine to do the work. Try doing it old school buddy
Lol wtf does that mean? You’re funny.
@@totallynotaseaotter4946 that’s a hydraulic press. I do things like that with a mechanical press. Not that impressive
