Does Magazine Publisher Hugh Hefner Resemble Bob Hope?

Playboy magazine Founder Hugh Hefner may resemble actor Bob Hope & another actor, actress or group from some TV series, movie etc.. I was not certain of. My guess: Roddy McDowall. Hope & McDowall were in a few TV appearances together including an episode of Bob Hope Presents the Chrysler Theatre in 1964.
Connections: - Bob Hope & Hugh Hefner were together in an episode of sketch comedy TV series Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (S.2 E1) in 1967.
- McDowall & Hefner were in episodes of the A&E docu-series Biography (1987-2012) together.
