Yo dude , I'm from South Africa , those prices are ridiculous AF , down here all the shops make their own parts (mostly), I think the shops in India should do that to reduce prices drastically

The thing is many auto folks in India trust only the OEM parts straight from the factory. If they will buy parts from anyone other than the OEM. then that guy must make quality parts for a good price and with warrenty too. This business model doesn't make much sense in India at the moment. But can take off if people start trusting parts made by someone other than OEM

Yeah because most of these guys have their pockets lined with money. Ones who tune their cars on their own do it on a dime and dont find the time to post videos on youtube and social media. I myself worked on a lifted forester with parts I made on my own, thought i'd document it but never found the time to, it's just a hobby and my full time gig takes a lot of my time.

Nice video. A couple of corrections though. 1st Gen Octavia RS was launched in 2004 (not '06).Aaand the engine in it was what was internationally nomenclatured as the 1.8T (not TSi).
