Simple tip : if you don't have parachment paper or baking paper you can use the cover of your copy old ( glasze paper)

I do mine different
Draw something
Colour it
Put some tape on top
Turn it around
Take a piece of paper tape
Put glue on the side that is not sticky
Glue it on the drawing
Cut it
Put it on a piece of paper

If you don't have parchment or baking paper , you can use butter paper or make butter paper at home by following these steps -
1) Take a paper piece you need
2) Take any oil and apply on it
3) Dry it for 2 mins , you can keep under sunlight or fans .

3.Draw a face if you don't want it's okay
4.go to the back of the paper

6. Put double side tape on the back and front
8. Cut now your drawing.

How I do mine:
First, draw a design
Second, you cut it out leaving a border around the sticker.
Third, you take a plastic ziploc bag and place the sticker on top.
Fourth, You tape it to the ziploc bag and cut ANOTHER border making sure you have tape on it so its sticky!
Fith, You peel off the plastic and use!
