Everyone can plough a new beginning

Ploughing is part of farming but spiritually we all need to plough too. The turning over of the soil reminds us of turning over old stuff including negativity and welcoming a new beginning. It's a simple message but one we sometimes are slow to take on.
This video came about with a visit to the Ballyfeard winter ploughing competitions. Ballyfeard is a townland about a kilometer from the village of Belgooly and about 7km from the town of Kinsale in Co.Cork. The setting was lovely with a dry fine and sunny day. Most importantly it was a chance for the farming community to come along to chat, to relax and to enjoy the afternoon.
So I brought along the camera, took a few photos and video clips and from that came this short video. Thanks to the organisers of the ploughing in Ballyfeard. It was a great day. My car also got stuck in the mud! and I want to thank the team of lads who pushed me onto dry land!!

This channel is a humble & gentle attempt to reach out to those who sense and feel God in their lives but have little connection to more organised religion. Hopefully this channel can be a stepping stone for you to finding peace, light, comfort, hope and spiritual strength. The first step is to know God loves you.
